Driving from 3rd-person in Real Life

If you think that driving in games like Grand Theft Auto or Forza 3 could improve your motoring skills in real life, think again. The team at Rooster Teeth Labs decided to see what it was like to operate a car from the third person perspective, the default view for driving in many video games. Turns out the task is much more difficult than you might imagine. By mounting a camera behind the vehicle and sending the feed to a monitor taking the place of the windshield, drivers got a full dose of a real-life GTA experience.
