Mass Effect was surely a spectacle of an action/adventure RPG game. It’s extraordinary graphics, storyline and non-linear gameplay left plenty of room for space exploration, character involvement and creativity. With Mass Effect 2 scheduled for release in late January, we can surely expect more of the same. The sequel picks up where the prequel left off. As Commander Shepherd repelled the Reapers from our side of the universe, a strange new enemy has come into play. By siding with Cerberus, Commander Shepherd will return once again to bring calm to the universe. While we are sure to see new improvements in gameplay, we can surely expect many similar aspects and elements of the original Mass Effect world. Improvements on combat, weaponry, side-quests and plot are all sure to be exposed during the next phase in this great game. New and interesting features are also making this new release even more anticipated. Rumors have been released that you may be able to import your character from Mass Effect 1 into Mass Effect 2. This may also determine Commander Shepherd’s fate as Mass Effect is sure to encompass several slightly different storylines and endings, really adding value to it’s gamplay.
