Microsoft announced today it will be shipping an all-inclusive package of the Gears of War franchise. The set will include the original Gears of War, Gears of War 2, and the subsequent DLC including Gears of War 2: All Fronts Collection. All Fronts contains the extra story chapter “Road to Ruin” as well as nineteen multiplayer maps.

The collection is set to drum up excitement for the upcoming 2011 release of Gears of War 3. It’s nice to see more company’s releasing packages like this, taking a page from Sony’s playbook and offering catch-up sets such as the Team Ico Collection.

The Gears of War Triple Pack will be available on February 15th 2011 so you can get cozy with your Valentine and kill some Locust scum.
