We’re getting really excited for the next and biggest installation in the Super Mario series – Super Mario Bros. Wii. The graphics and gameplay truly look stunning from all the videos and pictures we have seen. Many of the old-school elements of Mario & Luigi’s adventures have also been brought back to life. Yoshi, Toad and Princess Peach are all back in action, with newly designed and rendered levels, preaching so much excitement and joy to all us Mario lovers.

This is what every Nintendo lover has been waiting for. We know you miss the great old days of Mario64, a true revolution for the Mario series and the Nintendo franchise. However, we must never forget the predecessor titles of Super Mario Bros 2 and 3, and the great old days of 2D video gaming. Super Mario Bros Wii is going to bring us back to those 2D days, with 3D graphics. May sound weird at first, but yes, Super Mario Bros Wii is in 2D. Please just see the pictures and videos for yourself, the graphics look amazing and the gameplay nothing but outstanding. The old-school Mario feeling is going to return to you heart, just like from the originals.

Physics have definitely been most improved, even with the acclamation of 2D gaming. The sceneries are much more lively, the enemies much more enticing, and the cast of characters, much more lovable than ever before. With such exquisite detail, Nintendo will be able to pull off this great 2D game in a revolution of 3D FPS’s and horror games. One thing is for sure, we can’t wait to play this game. With only a month left until release, I think it’s time we crack open some old school Super Mario Bros 3 for some practice!
