August 2009 may prove to be an important month for Nintendo as they ramp up for the final summer push toward years’ end. The two most notable releases this month are Madden ’10, which includes a systems wide release, and more importantly Metroid Prime: Trilogy which is a staple in Nintendo’s game series. Also being released in August is the SNES classic Super Star Wars. As a downloadable game at a cheap cost, this may sell decently due to it’s immense popularity almost a decade ago. Highly anticipated Cursed Mountain is also scheduled to be release towards the end of the month. An intriguing surivial/horror game, it will surely catch the attention of fellow gamers.
